Хвалите Господа, јер је добар; јер је довијека милост његова.

O give thanks unto the LORD, for [he is] good: for his mercy [endureth] for ever.

Тако нека реку које је избавио Господ, које је избавио из руке непријатељеве,

Let the redeemed of the LORD say [so], whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;

Скупио их из земаља, од истока и запада, од сјевера и мора.

And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.

Луташе по пустињи гдје се не живи, пута граду насељеноме не находише;

They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.

Бјеху гладни и жедни, и душа њихова изнемагаше у њима;

Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.

Али завикаше ка Господу у тузи својој; и избави их из невоље њихове.

Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, [and] he delivered them out of their distresses.

И изведе их на прав пут, који иде у град насељени.

And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
