Благо онима којима је пут чист, који ходе у закону Господњем.

ALEPH. Blessed [are] the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.

Благо онима који чувају откривења његова, свијем срцем траже га;

Blessed [are] they that keep his testimonies, [and that] seek him with the whole heart.

Који не чине безакоња, ходе путовима његовијем!

They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

Ти си дао заповијести своје, да се чувају добро.

Thou hast commanded [us] to keep thy precepts diligently.

Кад би путови моји били управљени да чувам наредбе твоје!

O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!

Онда се не бих постидио, пазећи на заповијести твоје;

Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.

Хвалио бих те с правијем срцем, учећи се праведнијем законима твојим.

I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.

Чуваћу наредбе твоје, немој ме оставити сасвијем.

I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

Како ће младић очистити пут свој? Владајући се по твојим ријечима.

BETH. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed [thereto] according to thy word.

Свијем срцем својим тражим тебе, не дај ми да зађем од заповијести твојих.

With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.

У срце своје затворио сам ријеч твоју, да ти не гријешим.

Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

Благословен си, Господе! научи ме наредбама својим.

Blessed [art] thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.

Устима својим јављам све судове уста твојих.

With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.

На путу откривења твојих радујем се као за велико богатство.

I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as [much as] in all riches.

О заповијестима твојим размишљам, и пазим на путове твоје.

I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.

Наредбама твојим тјешим се, не заборављам ријечи твоје.

I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

Учини милост слузи својему, да бих живио и чувао ријеч твоју.

GIMEL. Deal bountifully with thy servant, [that] I may live, and keep thy word.

Отвори очи моје, да бих видио чудеса закона твојега;

Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

Гост сам на земљи, немој сакрити од мене заповијести својих.

I [am] a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

Изнеможе душа моја желећи без престанка познати судове твоје.

My soul breaketh for the longing [that it hath] unto thy judgments at all times.

Ти си страшан проклетим охолицама, које застрањују од заповијести твојих.

Thou hast rebuked the proud [that are] cursed, which do err from thy commandments.

Одврати од мене руг и срамоту, јер чувам откривења твоја.

Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.

Сједе кнезови и договарају се на мене; а слуга твој размишља о наредбама твојим.

Princes also did sit [and] speak against me: [but] thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.

Откривења су твоја утјеха моја, савјетници моји.

Thy testimonies also [are] my delight [and] my counsellors.

Душа моја лежи у праху; оживи ме по ријечи својој.

DALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.

Казујем путове своје, и чујеш ме; научи ме наредбама својим.

I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.

Уразуми ме о путу заповијести својих, и размишљаћу о чудесима твојим.

Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.

Сузе пролива душа моја од туге, откријепи ме по ријечи својој.

My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.

Пут лажни уклони од мене и закон свој даруј ми.

Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.

Пут истини избрах, законе твоје тражим.

I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid [before me].

Прионух за откривења твоја, Господе; немој ме осрамотити.

I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.

Путем заповијести твојих трчим, јер си раширио срце моје.

I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.

Покажи ми, Господе, пут наредаба својих, да га се држим до краја.

HE. Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it [unto] the end.

Уразуми ме, и држаћу се закона твојега, и чувати га свијем срцем.

Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with [my] whole heart.

Постави ме на стазу заповијести својих, јер ми је она омиљела.

Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.

Превиј срце моје к откривењима својим, а не к лакомству.

Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.

Одврати очи моје да не гледају ништавила, путем својим оживи ме.

Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; [and] quicken thou me in thy way.

Испуни слузи својему ријеч своју да те се боји.

Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who [is devoted] to thy fear.

Уклони руг мој, којега се плашим; јер су судови твоји благи.

Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments [are] good.

Миле су ми заповијести твоје, правдом својом оживи ме.

Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.

Нека дође на ме милост твоја, Господе, помоћ твоја по ријечи твојој.

VAU. Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, [even] thy salvation, according to thy word.

И ја ћу одговорити ономе који ме ружи; јер се уздам у ријеч твоју.

So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.

Немој узети нигда од уста мојих ријечи истине, јер чекам судове твоје.

And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.

И чуваћу закон твој свагда, довијека и без престанка.

So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.

Ходићу слободно, јер тражим заповијести твоје.

And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.

Говорићу о откривењима твојим пред царевима, и нећу се стидјети.

I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.

Тјешићу се заповијестима твојим, које љубим.

And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.

Руке своје пружам к заповијестима твојим, које љубим, и размишљам о наредбама твојим.

My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.

Опомени се ријечи своје к слузи својему, на коју си ми заповједио да се ослањам.

ZAIN. Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.

У невољи мојој тјеши ме што ме ријеч твоја оживљава.

This [is] my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.

Охоли ми се ругају веома; али ја не отступам од закона твојега.

The proud have had me greatly in derision: [yet] have I not declined from thy law.

Памтим судове твоје од искона, Господе, и тјешим се.

I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.

Гњев ме обузима на безбожнике, који остављају закон твој.

Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.

Наредбе су твоје пјесма моја у путничком стану мојем.

Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.

Ноћу помињем име твоје, Господе, и чувам закон твој.

I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law.

То је моје, да чувам заповијести твоје.

This I had, because I kept thy precepts.

Дио мој ти си, Господе; наумио сам чувати ријечи твоје.

CHETH. [Thou art] my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.

Молим ти се из свега срца, смилуј се на ме по ријечи својој.

I intreated thy favour with [my] whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word.

Разматрам путове своје, и обраћам ноге своје к откривењима твојим.

I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.

Хитим, и не затежем се чувати заповијести твоје.

I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.

Мреже безбожничке опколише ме, али закона твојега не заборављам.

The bands of the wicked have robbed me: [but] I have not forgotten thy law.

У по ноћи устајем да те славим за праведне судове твоје.

At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.

У заједници сам са свима који се тебе боје и који чувају заповијести твоје.

I [am] a companion of all [them] that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.

Доброте је твоје, Господе, пуна сва земља; наредбама својим научи ме.

The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.

Учинио си добро слузи својему, Господе, по ријечи својој.

TETH. Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according unto thy word.

Доброј мисли и знању научи ме, јер заповијестима твојим вјерујем.

Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.

Прије страдања својега лутах, а сад чувам ријеч твоју.

Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.

Ти си добар, и добро чиниш; научи ме наредбама својим.

Thou [art] good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.

Охоли плету на мене лаж, али се ја свијем срцем држим заповијести твојих.

The proud have forged a lie against me: [but] I will keep thy precepts with [my] whole heart.

Задригло је срце њихово као сало, а ја се тјешим законом твојим.

Their heart is as fat as grease; [but] I delight in thy law.

Добро ми је што страдам, да се научим наредбама твојим.

[It is] good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.

Милији ми је закон уста твојих него тисуће злата и сребра.

The law of thy mouth [is] better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.

Руке твоје створиле су ме и начиниле ме; уразуми ме, и научићу се заповијестима твојим.

JOD. Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.

Који се тебе боје, видјеће ме, и радоваће се што се уздам у твоју ријеч.

They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.

Знам да су судови твоји, Господе, праведни, и по правди ме караш.

I know, O LORD, that thy judgments [are] right, and [that] thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.

Нека буде доброта твоја утјеха моја, као што си рекао слузи својему.

Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.

Нека дође к мени милосрђе твоје, и оживим; јер је закон твој утјеха моја.

Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law [is] my delight.

Нек се постиде охоли; јер ме без кривице оборише. Ја размишљам о заповијестима твојим.

Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: [but] I will meditate in thy precepts.

Нек се обрате к мени који се тебе боје, и који знаду откривења твоја.

Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies.

Срце моје нека буде савршено у наредбама твојим, да се не постидим.

Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed.

Чезне душа моја за спасењем твојим, ријеч твоју чекам.

CAPH. My soul fainteth for thy salvation: [but] I hope in thy word.

Чезну очи моје за ријечју твојом; говорим: кад ћеш ме утјешити?

Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?

Постадох као мијех у диму, али твојих наредаба не заборавих.

For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; [yet] do I not forget thy statutes.

Колико ће бити дана слуге твојега? Кад ћеш судити онима који ме гоне?

How many [are] the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?

Охоли ископаше ми јаму насупрот закону твојему.

The proud have digged pits for me, which [are] not after thy law.

Све су заповијести твоје истина; без кривице ме гоне, помози ми.

All thy commandments [are] faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.

Умало ме не убише на земљи, али ја не остављам заповијести твојих.

They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.

По милости својој оживи ме, и чуваћу откривења уста твојих.

Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth.

Довијека је, Господе, ријеч твоја утврђена на небесима,

LAMED. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

Од кољена до кољена истина твоја; ти си поставио земљу, и стоји.

Thy faithfulness [is] unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.

По твојој наредби све стоји сад; јер све служи теби.

They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all [are] thy servants.

Да није закон твој био утјеха моја, погинуо бих у невољи својој.

Unless thy law [had been] my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.

Заповијести твојих нећу заборавити довијека, јер ме њима оживљаваш.

I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me.

Ја сам твој, помози ми, јер тражим заповијести твоје.

I [am] thine, save me; for I have sought thy precepts.

Безбожници гледају да ме убију; а ја размишљам о твојим откривењима.

The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: [but] I will consider thy testimonies.

Свему савршеноме видјех крај; али је заповијест твоја веома широка.

I have seen an end of all perfection: [but] thy commandment [is] exceeding broad.

Како љубим закон твој! Вас дан мислим о њему.

MEM. O how love I thy law! it [is] my meditation all the day.

Заповијест твоја чини ме мудријега од непријатеља мојих; јер је са мном увијек.

Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they [are] ever with me.

Разумнији постах од свијех учитеља својих; јер размишљам о твојим откривењима.

I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies [are] my meditation.

Мудрији сам од стараца; јер заповијести твоје чувам.

I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.

Од свакога злога пута заустављам ноге своје, да бих чувао ријеч твоју.

I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.

Од наредаба твојих не отступам; јер си ме ти научио.

I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.

Како су слатке језику мојему ријечи твоје, слађе од меда устима мојима!

How sweet are thy words unto my taste! [yea, sweeter] than honey to my mouth!

Од заповијести твојих постадох разуман; тога ради мрзим на сваки пут лажни.

Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.

Ријеч је твоја жижак нози мојој, и видјело стази мојој.

NUN. Thy word [is] a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Заклех се да ћу чувати наредбе правде твоје, и извршићу.

I have sworn, and I will perform [it], that I will keep thy righteous judgments.

Поништен сам веома, Господе, оживи ме по ријечи својој.

I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O LORD, according unto thy word.

Нека ти буде угодна, Господе, добровољна жртва уста мојих, и судовима својим научи ме.

Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me thy judgments.

Душа је моја у руци мојој непрестано у невољи; али закона твојега не заборављам.

My soul [is] continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law.

Безбожници су ми метнули замку; али од заповијести твојих не застраних.

The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.

Присвојих откривења твоја зававијек; јер су радост срцу мојему.

Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they [are] the rejoicing of my heart.

Приволио сам срце своје да твори наредбе твоје навијек, до краја.

I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, [even unto] the end.

Који преступају закон, ја на њих мрзим, а закон твој љубим.

SAMECH. I hate [vain] thoughts: but thy law do I love.

Ти си заклон мој и штит мој; ријеч твоју чекам.

Thou [art] my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.

Идите од мене, безаконици! И чуваћу заповијести Бога својега.

Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.

Укријепи ме по ријечи својој и бићу жив, и немој ме осрамотити у надању мом.

Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.

Утврди ме, и спашћу се, и размишљаћу о наредбама твојим без престанка.

Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually.

Обараш све који отступају од наредаба твојих; јер су помисли њихове лаж.

Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit [is] falsehood.

Као гар бацаш све безбожнике на земљи; тога ради омиљеше ми откривења твоја.

Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth [like] dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.

Дркће од страха твојега тијело моје, и судова твојих бојим се.

My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.

Чиним суд и правду, не дај ме онима који ме гоне.

AIN. I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.

Одбрани слугу својега на добро његово, да ми не чине силе охоли.

Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.

Очи моје чезну за спасењем твојим и за ријечју правде твоје.

Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.

Учини слузи својему по милости својој, и наредбама својим научи ме.

Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.

Ја сам слуга твој; уразуми ме, и познаћу откривења твоја.

I [am] thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.

Вријеме је да Господ ради; оборише закон твој.

[It is] time for [thee], LORD, to work: [for] they have made void thy law.

Тога ради љубим заповијести твоје већма него злато и драго камење.

Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.

Тога ради заповијести твоје држим да су вјерне, на сваки пут лажни мрзим.

Therefore I esteem all [thy] precepts [concerning] all [things to be] right; [and] I hate every false way.

Дивна су откривења твоја; зато их чува душа моја.

PE. Thy testimonies [are] wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.

Ријечи твоје кад се јаве, просвјетљују и уразумљују просте.

The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

Отворам уста своја да одахнем, јер сам жедан заповијести твојих.

I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.

Погледај на ме и смилуј се на ме, као што радиш с онима који љубе име твоје.

Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.

Тврди стопе моје у ријечи својој, и не дај никакоме безакоњу да облада мном.

Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

Избави ме од насиља људскога, и чуваћу заповијести твоје.

Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.

Свјетлошћу лица својега обасјај слугу својега, и научи ме наредбама својим.

Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.

Очи моје лију потоке, зато што не чувају закона твојега.

Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.

Праведан си, Господе, и прави су судови твоји.

TZADDI. Righteous [art] thou, O LORD, and upright [are] thy judgments.

Јавио си правду у откривењима својим, и истину цијелу.

Thy testimonies [that] thou hast commanded [are] righteous and very faithful.

Ревност моја једе ме, зато што моји непријатељи заборавише ријечи твоје.

My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.

Ријеч је твоја веома чиста, и слуга је твој веома љуби.

Thy word [is] very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.

Ја сам мален и поништен, али заповијести твојих не заборављам.

I [am] small and despised: [yet] do not I forget thy precepts.

Правда је твоја правда вјечна, и закон твој истина.

Thy righteousness [is] an everlasting righteousness, and thy law [is] the truth.

Туга и невоља нађе ме, заповијести су твоје утјеха моја.

Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: [yet] thy commandments [are] my delights.

Вјечна је правда у откривењима твојим; уразуми ме, и бићу жив.

The righteousness of thy testimonies [is] everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.

Вичем из свега срца: услиши ме, Господе; сачуваћу наредбе твоје.

KOPH. I cried with [my] whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes.

Призивам те, помози ми; држаћу се откривења твојих.

I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.

Претјечем свануће, и вичем; ријеч твоју чекам.

I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.

Претјечу очи моје јутрењу стражу, да бих размишљао о ријечи твојој.

Mine eyes prevent the [night] watches, that I might meditate in thy word.

Чуј глас мој по милости својој, Господе; по суду својему оживи ме.

Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: O LORD, quicken me according to thy judgment.

Прикучују се који љубе безакоње; удаљили су се од закона твојега.

They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.

Ти си близу, Господе, и све су заповијести твоје истина.

Thou [art] near, O LORD; and all thy commandments [are] truth.

Одавна знам за откривења твоја, да си их поставио зававијек.

Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.

Погледај невољу моју, и избави ме, јер не заборављам закона твојега.

RESH. Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.

Прими се ствари моје, и одбрани ме; по ријечи својој оживи ме.

Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.

Далеко је од безбожника спасење, јер се не држе наредаба твојих.

Salvation [is] far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.

Милосрђе је твоје, Господе, велико; по правоме суду свом оживи ме.

Great [are] thy tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to thy judgments.

Много је противника мојих и непријатеља мојих; али ја не отступам од откривења твојих.

Many [are] my persecutors and mine enemies; [yet] do I not decline from thy testimonies.

Видим одметнике, и мрско ми је; јер не чувају ријечи твоје.

I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.

Гледај, како љубим заповијести твоје, Господе, по милости својој оживи ме.

Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to thy lovingkindness.

Основа је ријечи твоје истина, и вјечан је сваки суд правде твоје.

Thy word [is] true [from] the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments [endureth] for ever.

Кнезови ме гоне ни за што, али се срце моје боји ријечи твоје.

SCHIN. Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.

Радујем се ријечи твојој као онај који задобије велик плијен.

I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.

Мрзим на лаж и гадим се на њу, љубим закон твој.

I hate and abhor lying: [but] thy law do I love.

Седам пута на дан хвалим те за судове правде твоје.

Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.

Велик мир имају они који љубе закон твој, и у њих нема спотицања.

Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.

Чекам спасење твоје, Господе, и заповијести твоје извршујем.

LORD, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments.

Душа моја чува откривења твоја, и ја их љубим веома.

My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly.

Чувам заповијести твоје и откривења; јер су сви путови моји пред тобом.

I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways [are] before thee.

Нека изађе тужњава моја преда те, Господе! По ријечи својој уразуми ме.

TAU. Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.

Нека дође мољење моје преда те! По ријечи својој избави ме.

Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.

Уста ће моја пјевати хвалу, кад ме научиш наредбама својим.

My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.

Језик ће мој казивати ријеч твоју, јер су све заповијести твоје праведне.

My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments [are] righteousness.

Нека ми буде рука твоја у помоћи; јер ми омиљеше заповијести твоје;

Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.

Жедан сам спасења твојега, Господе, и закон је твој утјеха моја.

I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law [is] my delight.

Нека живи душа моја и тебе хвали, и судови твоји нека ми помогу.

Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.

Зађох као овца изгубљена: тражи слугу својега; јер заповијести твојих не заборавих.

I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.
