Хвали, душо моја, Господа.

Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

Хвалићу Господа за живота својега, пјеваћу Богу својему док ме је год.

While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

Не уздајте се у кнезове, у сина човјечијега, у којега нема помоћи.

Put not your trust in princes, [nor] in the son of man, in whom [there is] no help.

Изиђе из њега дух, и врати се у земљу своју: тај дан пропадну све помисли његове.

His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

Благо ономе, којему је помоћник Бог Јаковљев, којему је надање у Господу, Богу његову,

Happy [is he] that [hath] the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope [is] in the LORD his God:

Који је створио небо и земљу, море и све што је у њима; који држи вјеру увијек,

Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein [is]: which keepeth truth for ever:

Чини суд онима којима се чини криво; даје храну гладнима. Господ дријеши свезане,

Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

Господ отвора очи слијепцима, подиже оборене, Господ љуби праведнике.

The LORD openeth [the eyes of] the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

Господ чува дошљаке, помаже сироти и удовици; а пут безбожнички превраћа.

The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

Господ је цар довијека, Бог твој, Сионе, од кољена до кољена. Алилуја.

The LORD shall reign for ever, [even] thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
