Књига пророка Исаије

Пробуди се, пробуди се, обуци се у силу своју, Сионе; обуци красне хаљине своје, Јерусалиме граде свети; јер неће више ући у тебе необрезани и нечисти.

Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.

Отреси прах са себе, устани, сједи, Јерусалиме; скини окове с врата својега, заробљена кћери Сионска.

Shake thyself from the dust; arise, [and] sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.

Јер овако вели Господ: забадава се продадосте, и искуписте се без новаца.

For thus saith the LORD, Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money.

Јер овако вели Господ Господ: у Мисир сиђе мој народ прије да ондје живе као дошљаци, али Асирци им чинише силу ни за што.

For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.

А сада што ћу ту? вели Господ; јер је народ мој заборављен ни за што; који владају њим, цвијеле га, вели Господ, и једнако сваки дан хули се на име моје.

Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name continually every day [is] blasphemed.

Зато ће познати народ мој име моје, зато ће познати у онај дан да сам ја који говорим: ево ме.

Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore [they shall know] in that day that I [am] he that doth speak: behold, [it is] I.

Како су красне на горама ноге онога који носи добре гласе, који оглашује мир, који јавља добро, оглашује спасење, говори Сиону: Бог твој царује.

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

Стражари ће твоји подигнути глас, подигнуће глас, и сви ће запјевати, јер ће очима видјети гдје Господ води натраг Сион.

Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.

Кликујте и пјевајте, развалине Јерусалимске, јер Господ утјеши народ свој, избави Јерусалим.

Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.

Загали Господ свету мишицу своју пред свијем народима, да виде сви крајеви земаљски спасење Бога нашега.

The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

Отступите, отступите, изидите одатле, не дотичите се ничега нечиста; изидите испред њега, очистите се ви који носите суде Господње.

Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean [thing]; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.

Јер нећете изаћи у хитњи, нити ћете ићи бјежећи; јер ће Господ ићи пред вама, и задња војска биће вам Бог Израиљев.

For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel [will be] your rereward.

Гле, слуга ће мој бити срећан, подигнуће се и узвисиће се и прославиће се.

Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.

Како се многи зачудише теби, што бијаше нагрђен у лицу мимо свакога човјека, и у стасу мимо синове човјечије,

As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:

Тако ће опет удивити многе народе, цареви ће пред њим затиснути уста своја, јер ће видјети што им није казивано и разумјеће што нијесу слушали.

So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for [that] which had not been told them shall they see; and [that] which they had not heard shall they consider.
