Leviticus, Chapter 8


And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

Take Aaron, and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bullock of the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened things,


and gather all the assembly together at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

And Moses did as Jehovah had commanded him, and the congregation was gathered to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

And Moses said to the assembly, This [is] the thing which Jehovah has commanded done.

And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and bathed them in water,


and put on him the tunic, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the upper robe, and put the ephod on him, and girded him with the ephod on him, and girded him with the girdle of the ephod, and bound it to him with it;


and put the breast pocket on him, and put the Urim and the Thummim into the breast pocket,


and put the miter on his head, and on the miter, on its front, he put the golden plate, the holy crown; as Jehovah commanded Moses.
