Саборна посланица (светог апостола Јуде )

Од Јуде, Исуса Христа слуге, а брата Јаковљева, званима, који су освећени Богом оцем и одржани Исусом Христом:

Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, [and] called:

Милост и мир и љубав да вам се умножи.

Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.

Љубазни! старајући се једнако да вам пишем за опште ваше спасеније, би ми потребно да вам пишем молећи да се борите за праведну вјеру, која је једанпут дана светима.

Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort [you] that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Јер се увукоше неки безбожни људи, који су давно одређени на ово суђење, и Бога нашега благодат претварају у нечистоту, и јединога господара Бога и Господа нашега Исуса Христа одричу се.

For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Али ћу вам напоменути, кад и ви знате ово једанпут, да Господ избави народ из земље Мисирске, потом погуби оне који не вјероваше.

I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.

И анђеле који не држаше својега старјешинства него оставише свој стан чува у вјечнијем оковима под мраком за суд великога дана.

And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Као што Содом и Гомор, и околни њихови градови, који су се прокурвали онако као и они, и ходили за другијем месом, поставише се углед и муче се у вјечном огњу:

Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Тако дакле и ови што сањајући тијело погане, а поглаварства се одричу, и на славу хуле.

Likewise also these [filthy] dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

А МИхаило Аранђел, кад се препираше с ђаволом и говораше за Мојсијево тијело, не смијаше проклета суда да изговори, него рече: Господ нека ти запријети.

Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

А ови хуле на оно што не знаду; а што знаду по природи као неразумна животиња, у оном се распадају.

But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

Тешко њима! јер путем Каиновим пођоше и у пријевару Валаамове плате падоше, и у буни Кореовој изгибоше.

Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

Ово су они што погане ваше милостиње једући с вама без страха и гојећи се; облаци безводни, које вјетрови преносе; јесенска дрвета неродљива, која су двапут умрла, и из коријена ишчупана;

These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds [they are] without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

Бијесни валови морски, који се пјене својијем срамотама, звијезде лажне, којима се чува мрак вјечне таме.

Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

Али и за овакве пророкова Енох, седми од Адама, говорећи: гле, иде Господ с хиљадама светијех анђела својијех

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

Да учини суд свима, и да покара све безбожнике за сва њихова безбожна дјела којима безбожност чинише, и за све ружне ријечи њихове које безбожни грјешници говорише на њ.

To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

Ово су незадовољни викачи, који по жељама својијем живе, и уста њихова говоре поносите ријечи, и за добитак гледају ко је ко.

These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling [words], having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.

А ви, љубазни, опомињите се ријечи које напријед казаше апостоли Господа нашега Исуса Христа,

But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Јер вам казаше да ће у пошљедње вријеме постати ругачи, који ће ходити по својијем жељама и безбожностима.

How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

Ово су они што се одвајају (од јединости вјере), и јесу тјелесни, који духа немају.

These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

А ви, љубазни, назиђујте се својом светом вјером, и молите се Богу Духом светијем.

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

И сами себе држите у љубави Божијој, чекајући милости Господа нашега Исуса Христа за живот вјечни.

Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

И тако разликујући једне милујте.

And of some have compassion, making a difference:

А једне страхом избављајте и из огња вадите; а карајте са страхом, мрзећи и на хаљину опогањену од тијела.

And others save with fear, pulling [them] out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

А ономе који вас може сачувати без гријеха и без мане, и поставити праве пред славом својом у радости,

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present [you] faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

Јединоме премудроме Богу и спасу нашему, кроз Исуса Христа Господа нашега, слава и величанство, држава и власт прије свију вијекова и сад и у све вијекове. Амин.

To the only wise God our Saviour, [be] glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
